Due to certain booking policies, we require a valid credit/debit card on file at the time of booking your appointment to secure our business and your time. This card will never be charged without notice. A cancellation notice must be received 24hrs before the booked appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% in the reserved service amount and will be charged to the card held on file. "NO SHOWS-NO CALLS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount to the card held on file. Again, this time especially reserved for you so please be sure to communicate to avoid any fees! If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 48 hours and we will work something out! Please be aware, under no circumstances are refunds issued on services or deposits. Electronic booking agreement, by booking your appointment, you are acknowledging that you have read over and understand all the information listed above and agree to adhere to the booking policies!
